As a fan, we can all feel our own personal anxiety just as the team does when a goalie isn't playing well. Every shot makes your pulse race.

Now, I feel like every shot is going to be stopped. Bryz is not only making the saves, but he is making difficult saves SEEM easy.

Bill, Grossmann is an absolute beast. The guy is playing great hockey for the Flyers. Whats the word on Timonen, Mez, and Kubina? Will they be back anytime soon? I like the way the Flyers are playing and how Bryz has taken over games right now. Eventually the Flyers are going to need those three defenseman back especially since they will have NJ (twice), Boston, and Pitts coming up. The Flyers have a realistic chance at winning the division imo.

For me it has been full all season. I can keep my head up knowing I have been a shameless Bryz supporter all season long.

The thing about Grossmann that stands out to me is how smart a game he has played. He's rarely been caught out of position, or been caught cheating or pinching. He's really been everything advertized and more.

As for the goalie, I realize Bob needs work, but Laviolette did say yesterday that he's going to ride Bryz. I wondered if Bob would start last night, but I think that the earliest we see Bob is Thursday against the Islanders.

Bob should be on the bench. Bryz has had plenty of time off this season. Its go time and you have to ride your #1 at this point in the season especially when he is goaling out of his mind.

Yup Grossmann paired with Coburn is a pairing that should continue for many years down the road.

No question about it. Grossmann is the perfect fit for this team. He is exactly what this team needed.

Emerson Etem scored 2 goals last night. Kid's got 60 goals in 62 games for Medicine Hat of the WHL.

He's played in 49 games so I wouldn't call that plenty of time off. It's a back to back, throw Bob in there today and go back to Bryz for another streak on Tuesday. He's gotta stay on a grove but he's gotta stay fresh for the playoffs too.

HE's quickly becoming my favorite winged P right up there next to Bryz and Hartsy!
Hopefully with him I won't need to have endless debates on why he's good.

He only started 38 of 56 game at one point until he got this long consecutive streak. Look around the league all the top goalies are playing consecutive games. No need to worry about Bob getting work at this point. Bryz will be fine come playoff time, he wont be burned out. Bob will get his couple of games coming up but you cant take Bryz out imo right now.

Goalies stealing games?

Winning in the shoot outs?

Depth at D with multiple rookie prospects?

Shut outs?

I'm so confused, this is the Flyers doing all this?

I know what the top goalies in the League are doing. I'm just concerned with the fact that goalies who hit the 60 game mark over the last two years have faltered in the playoffs. Luongo made it to game 7 of the SCF's but he was visibly out of gas in the last couple games. If the Flyers keep playing the way they are a cup is not out of reach.

I still think the Flyers have a chance to win the division. Starting today and this week will determine if they can do it or not. Bryz is on fire right now and theres noway I put him on the bench until he loses again.
